Payments

The order form and payment information must be filled out accurately and truthfully. Payments accepted are Echeck, Intuit Instant Bank Payment, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Customer must provide accurate (matching on file information with issuing bank) credit card billing address and phone number on order form. Any post submission changes to order must be communicated to our customer service email address within 24 hours of billing receipt or order will be shipped as originally requested and billed.

Return Policy - If you are dissatisfied with your purchase after receiving it, please contact us to resolve any issues.

- For products received in damaged state, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your merchandise. Upon verification of damaged product we will ship out a replacement order free of charge. 

- We offer a 30 day money back guarantee if a product is defective. If you are dissatisfied for any other reason with a product, please contact us to arrange replacement or refund.
